Martin Opoku Akomeah

Martin Opoku Akomeah is a skilled engineer with significant experience in maintenance and electrical engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Maintenance Engineer at SolarTaxi, Martin successfully initiated a comprehensive project to repair departmental assets while leading a multidisciplinary team and developing operational standards. Previous roles include Maintenance Engineer (In-Charge) and Maintenance Engineer at SolarTaxi, where responsibilities included ensuring safety protocols and managing maintenance plans. Before joining SolarTaxi, Martin was an Electrical Technician at Nedco Contractor, introducing safety measures that improved workplace safety. Additionally, Martin has volunteered as a Maintenance Technician, tracing and repairing power distribution faults, and completed an engineering internship. Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Energy and Natural Resources and an Associate of Science degree from St. Augustine's College, Ghana.
