The executive team at SolarTaxi has a history of experience in maintenance engineering, interning at Accra Compost and Recycling Plant Ltd, machine operation at H & J plastic, science teaching at Ascho High Mission, executive directing at Ghana Tech Lab, council chairing/founding at Ghana Hubs Network, CEO/co-founding at Kumasi Hive, and Chief Executive Officer at QuadSolar. The team is also educated in electric vehicle powertrain engineering from DIYguru Education & Research Pvt. Ltd., BSc Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering (Energy system &Thermal engineering) from University of Energy and Natural Resources, Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, and Renewable Energy Technologies from Kwame Nkrumah'​ University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.
