Siby Nidhiry

Siby Nidhiry has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Siby worked as a Software Engineer Trainee at ER & DC, Keltron in 1987 and later at C-DOT Centre for Development of Telematics in 1989, where they designed and developed an artificial intelligence system. In the early 1990s, they worked as a Software Engineer at Sunray Consultancy Services, developing image scanner software for banking applications. From 1992 to 2002, they held various roles at Inventa Corp, Value Software Corp, LabVantage Solutions, and ePolicy Solutions, where they worked as a Regional Director of Technology, President/CEO/Founder, and Consultant, respectively, involved in the development and integration of enterprise products and systems. In 1995, they served as a Consultant at Allscripts, one of the largest patient care software vendors during that time. From 1999 to 2002, they worked as an Enterprise Architect at ePolicy Solutions, where they designed and deployed an online insurance platform. In 2002, they became a Consultant at iPass, contributing to the development of the iPass Connect client software. In 2004, Siby Nidhiry co-founded Solartis LLC, where they held multiple roles as CTO, Chief Architect, and Co-founder, leading the technology vision and designing a cloud-based enterprise software platform for the insurance industry.

Siby Nidhiry completed a BSc in Physics at CMS College, Kottayam, Kerala from 1981 to 1984. Following this, from 1984 to 1987, they pursued a BE in Electronics & Communication at Maruthi College of Engineering. Siby then went on to attend the College of Engineering Trivandrum, where they obtained an MS in Computer Application with a focus on Software Engineering from 1987 to 1990.
