Brian Dillard

Brian Dillard currently serves as the Vice President of Innovation & Technology at VIA Metropolitan Transit, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Brian was the Chief Innovation Officer and Smart City Administrator for the City of San Antonio from October 2018 to March 2024, focusing on the development and management of the SmartSA program and ensuring compliance with city standards. Brian's extensive background in cybersecurity includes positions such as Cyber Security Consultant at Delta Risk LLC, Senior Information Assurance Engineer at Lockheed Martin, and various roles in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included network operations and information assurance. Brian holds a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio and several degrees in political science and information systems.
