Caroline Toomey

Caroline Toomey has over 16 years of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Senior Staff Business Analyst at SolarWinds since October 2007, where responsibilities include leading business analysis for the Customer Strategy organization and ensuring data accuracy across various support processes. Caroline has designed and created reports and dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce, collaborated with Customer Operations to improve data reporting processes, and managed quality of service delivery, developing methodologies to enhance customer experience.
