Yossi Tokeras

Yossi Tokeras is an experienced professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Sales Director and Commercial Director of Israel at SOLATO since October 2021. Prior to this role, Yossi held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Yaffo Tel Aviv from May 2015 to November 2021, where responsibilities included food management and consulting. Additionally, Yossi founded Tipsy Cocktail, a pioneering ready-to-drink cocktail company, from January 2017 to January 2019. Yossi's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from The Open University of Israel (2019-2022) and training as a Business Manager in Business/Managerial Economics at ABS Academy (2017-2018).
