Maksim Grinevich

Maksim Grinevich has worked in various roles throughout their career. Maksim started their most recent position in November 2021 as a Business Unit Manager at Solbeg, where they also served as the Head of Project Management Office / Project Manager from November 2020 to June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Professional Software Associates Inc. (PSA) from 2012 to 2021, holding positions such as Head Of Project Management Office / Project Manager / Deputy Engineering Manager and Head of QA department/ Technical Coordinator/ Project Manager.

Before joining PSA, Maksim worked at Colvir Software Solutions as a QA Manager and Testing team lead from 2011 to 2012. Maksim also gained experience at Deutsche Bank as a Senior Quality Assurance & Testing Specialist from 2010 to 2011, and at PowerMeMobile as a Senior Software Testing Engineer/Team lead from 2008 to 2010. Their career began in 2006 at EPAM Systems as a Software Testing Engineer.

Maksim Grinevich obtained their Bachelor's degree in Teacher-Programmer from Minsk State Higher Radioengineering College, where they attended from 2001 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. These include the EF SET English Certificate 78/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test in October 2022, the title of outstanding member of the Judging Committee from PMO Global Alliance in August 2022, the role of PMOGA Volunteer from PMO Global Alliance in December 2021, and the position of a member of the Judging Committee for PMO Global Awards in 2019.
