Rachel Gerring

Rachel Gerring has held various positions since 2015. Rachel began their career as an InterLibrary Loan Assistant at Christendom College, then moved to a Library Supervisor role. In 2017, Rachel joined BIGGBY COFFEE as a Barista and was soon promoted to Shift Leader. That same year, they also became a Front Of House Manager at the Michigan Shakespeare Festival, Inc. In 2018, Rachel worked at Sole Solutions, Inc. in three roles: Test Lead / Quality Assurance Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Systems Analyst. Additionally, they held a Tasting Room Associate role at Aspen Dale Winery at the Barn.

Rachel Gerring graduated from Christendom College in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature. Rachel has since obtained two certifications from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board, Agile Tester (CTFL-AT) in March 2021 and Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) in July 2020.
