Eduard Turtoi

Eduard Turtoi has work experience in machine learning engineering. Eduard worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Veridion (formerly Soleadify) starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Machine Learning Engineer at Xperi Corporation from 2021 to 2023. During their time at Xperi Corporation, they worked on neural network development for foreground-background segmentation in a conferencing scenario and gained knowledge in computer vision concepts, data engineering, training/testing procedures, and network improvement. Eduard also developed mathematical models for stereo-vision using multiple synchronized cameras, including 2D-3D projection, head orientation in 3D, and inter-camera model projections. Additionally, Eduard worked as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Amazon from July 2020 to November 2020.

Eduard Turtoi pursued their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Science from the University of Bucharest, beginning in 2018 and concluding in 2021. Following this, they enrolled at the same institution for a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, which they are expected to complete between 2021 and 2023.
