Maria Lycouris

Maria is a VP at Solebury Trout, where she provides both investor relations and corporate communications advisory to senior management teams across numerous sectors, including Alternative Energy & Clean Tech, Healthcare, Consumer Retail and E-Commerce. She also advises clients on the risks and opportunities of environmental, social and governance (ESG) investing landscape.

Maria joined the firm in 2015 and, since then, has worked on a number of pre-IPO IR infrastructure build-outs in addition to assisting in the day-to-day investor relations and communications responsibilities for a number of clients, including TPI Composites, TeamHealth, AquaVenture Holdings, Hannon Armstrong, Bright Horizons and others. She regularly accompanies management teams on non-deal roadshows and conferences to help message their equity story to investors.

Maria graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Communication. While there, she was a three-time varsity letter winner on Cornell’s Division 1 Women’s Rowing Team and helped lead the team to compete at two NCAA championships.
