Max Mannuccia

Max Mannuccia is an Associate at Solebury Trout. Prior to joining Solebury Trout, Max was the Vice President, Proxy at Morrow Sodali from January 2018 to December 2021. At Morrow Sodali, Max advised publicly traded companies on shareholder communication strategy, board elections, corporate governance issues and proxy voting. Max also researched market trends of practices by public traded companies to identify areas of improvement. Max worked on over 100 Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) Deals including DraftKings Inc, Golden Nugget Online Gaming Inc, and multiple Social Capital Hedosophia Holdings Corp business combinations. In addition, they reviewed company reports, SEC filings, compensation and ESG practices to develop an understanding of companies. Max prepared in-depth shareholder profiles, identifying larger institutional shareholders, and provided strategic instructions to clients to optimize positive shareholder returns.

Max Mannuccia completed their undergraduate degree in economics at the University of Connecticut.
