Bradley Bray

Bradley Bray is an experienced professional in research and development, currently serving as the F&B R&D Manager at Solenis since July 2021, where product feedback is harvested to align new product strategies with market needs. Previously, Bradley worked at Birko Corporation from July 2016 to December 2021 as a Senior Formulation Chemist, supervising teams and coordinating inputs for R&D projects, and earlier as a Formulation Chemist focusing on cleaning formulations. Bradley's career also includes a role as a Research and Development Chemist at Certol International, where formulations for consumer and HI&I industries were developed, and experience as a Radiochemistry Analyst at ALS - North America. Educational credentials include a Master's of Management in Business, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship, alongside various Master's Certificates from Penn State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry with a minor in Chemistry from Colorado State University.
