Eliza Firkowska (Grzybowska) has a strong career history in marketing and leadership roles. Eliza is currently working at Solenis as the Global Product Director TASKI. Eliza started their career at Unilever Poland as a Brand Development Specialist, focusing on the Rama brand. Eliza also gained experience as an Assistant Brand Manager at PZ Cussons Polska S.A., where they managed the E fabric softener line for Poland and CEE.

Eliza Firkowska (Grzybowska) completed their education with a Master's degree in Marketing and Management from Poznan University of Technology, which they attended from 1999 to 2004.
