Karyn Hardie

Karyn Hardie is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in the chemical industry. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Solenis since January 2017, Karyn previously held various roles at Linde Americas from December 1999 to October 2016, including Process Quality Specialist, Laboratory Supervisor, Development Chemist, Senior Chemist, and Analytical Chemist. Karyn's responsibilities encompassed quality process improvements, implementing new processes, managing lab personnel, and supporting analytical labs. Karyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science - Chemistry from Southern Oregon University, along with an Associate of Science in Biology from Contra Costa College.
