Lee Griffith

Lee Griffith is an experienced professional in engineering project management, currently serving as the European Capital Projects Manager at Solenis since 2020, where responsibilities include strategic planning, management of the Project Management Office, and project oversight across the European region. Prior to Solenis, extensive experience at BASF spanned over a decade, culminating in the role of EC&I Projects Manager, overseeing a team and delivering significant projects, including the construction of two new plants. Previous roles also included project management and engineering responsibilities at Ciba. Lee Griffith holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from The Open University and a Higher National Certificate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Scunthorpe College.
