Radhika Anand

Radhika Anand currently serves as the India HR Leader and Global HR Business Partner for Global Shared Services at Solenis since April 2024. Prior to this role, Radhika was the Human Resources Director for India and the PIMS Cluster at Diversey, overseeing HR functions for multiple countries. Radhika has extensive experience in talent development and rewards strategies, having held various leadership positions at AstraZeneca, where responsibilities included leading the Talent Development Center of Excellence for several markets in Asia. Radhika's earlier career includes significant roles at BTI Payments as Chief Human Resources Officer, and at METRO/MAKRO Cash and Carry as Head of Organizational Development and Transformation. Radhika began a career in technology as a Software Engineer at Libsys Corporation after earning a BTech in Information Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering and a Master’s in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
