Ramona Serrano

Ramona Serrano has over 30 years of experience in product support and quality assurance within the chemical industry. Currently serving as the Global Product Support Manager at Solenis since August 2014, Ramona has also held various roles such as EMEA Product Support Supervisor and Product Support Regional Lead EMEA. Prior to joining Solenis, Ramona worked at Ashland Inc. from May 2007 to July 2014, where positions included AWT Product Support Regional Lead EMEA and Product Coordinator. Ramona's earlier experience includes roles at Mother, Chusei USA, and ARCO Chemical. Ramona holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and an Associate of Science in Chemistry from San Jacinto College.
