Dan Lystad

Dan Lystad is the CEO of Le Sommelier as, where Dan oversees a holding company specializing in events, courses, consultancy work, and the construction of wine cellars. Dan is also a Co-Owner of Electi table as, a small import company in porcelain and cutlery. Additionally, Dan was a co-owner of Dansk Sommelier Uddannelse and Norsk Sommelier Utdannelse, both offering education in sommelier training. Dan co-owned THE Wine cloth company aps, a table cloth company producing high-quality damask table cloths with maps of major wine regions. Dan Lystad also served as the Manager of Arcus Kompetanse at Arcus ASA and held sommelier positions at Le Canard and L'OPERA VINOTEK. Dan holds certifications from the Court of Master Sommeliers and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
