Alex Linares

Alex Linares, MHA, SAFe, currently serves as the Director of Client Success at Solera Health, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Alex held multiple roles at Included Health, including Client Success Manager and Implementation Manager, contributing to the integration of Grand Rounds Health and Doctor On Demand. Earlier in the career, Alex was a Customer Operations Manager at Grand Rounds and a Service Delivery Manager at Welltok, Inc., where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams and managing SaaS application service delivery. Additional experience includes patient transportation at Highland Hospital, social media coordination at Marty's Meats, and laboratory technician duties at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Italian Studies from Saint Louis University and a Master’s in Health Services Administration from Regis University.
