Stephen Harris

Stephen Harris has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Stephen has served in various leadership positions, including Regional Vice President and Plan President. In their current role as a board member at Solera, they are responsible for the overall success of health plan operations in Michigan, South Carolina, Florida, and Puerto Rico.

Stephen began their career in healthcare as a claims processor for a small health insurance company. Stephen quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming the Plan President of Molina Healthcare of Wisconsin. In this role, they were responsible for the overall direction and administration of programs and services provided by the health plan. Stephen successfully led the integration of a newly acquired health plan and the operational growth and stabilization effort after significant growth from a Medicaid contract award.

In 2016, Stephen was promoted to Regional Vice President at Molina Healthcare. In this role, they were responsible for the overall success of health plan operations in Michigan, South Carolina, Florida, and Puerto Rico with added responsibility for Wisconsin, Illinois, and Mississippi startup in July 2017. Stephen was instrumental in the successful launch of the Molina name in Wisconsin by building strong community and provider partnerships.

Stephen Harris has a MBA in General Management from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University. Stephen also has a degree in Business Administration from Cass Technical High School.
