Tami Graham

Tami Graham is the current advisor at Solera. Tami has also worked with EHIR and Solera Health in the past. Tami has over 19 years of experience with Intel Corporation. There, they were the Global Benefits Strategy Leader and developed and drove many key strategic initiatives in collaboration with a variety of stakeholders across Intel. Tami was also the US Benefits Manager and led significant operational improvements in health care cost management tools and process, privacy standards, supplier management and strategy. Furthermore, they were the Manager of Benefits Programs and responsible for the design and program management of Paid Time Off, Leaves of Absence, disability, dental, and risk insurance. Lastly, Tami was HR Legal Attorney and the first Intel ERISA attorney with a labor law focus. Tami established benefits governance structures, provided claims, litigation and lobbying support, and influenced benefit program design and administration.

Tami Graham received their JD from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and their BA from Sonoma State University. Tami also attended Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
