Jason Melody

Jason Melody, CTP, currently serves as the Head of Solutions Engineering at DispatchTrack since February 2025 and has held the position of Director - Global Solutions Engineering at Solera, Inc. since September 2021. With extensive experience in solutions engineering, Jason has been a Manager and Solutions Engineer at Omnitracs since July 2013, where responsibilities include executing discoveries, supporting RFI/RFP processes, managing route tests, providing post-demo support, training sales staff, and creating sales demonstration data. Jason's prior roles include System Engineering and Support at RouteSmart Technologies, Complex Hosting Manager at Blackboard, Implementation Consultant at SpectrumK12, Strategic Support Analyst at UPS Logistics, Technical Support Specialist at Lockheed Martin, and Desktop Support at URS Corporation. Jason holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Towson University and a CTP certification from the National Private Truck Council.
