Sandeep Goswami

Sandeep Goswami is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in service delivery and team management. Currently serving as Manager Review Operations II at Solera, Inc. since May 2017, Sandeep focuses on enhancing service quality and achieving strategic SLAs by guiding associates based on their capabilities. Prior to this role, Sandeep was the Assistant Manager Operations at C3i Solutions from March 2008 to May 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of over 23 analysts, managing staff resources, and ensuring escalations were prioritized and communicated to management and clients effectively using lean Six Sigma methodologies. Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad.
