Shankar Yadavalli

Shankar Yadavalli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project coordination, customer management, and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Project Coordinator at Solera, Inc. since March 2019, Shankar focuses on enhancing customer relationships through proactive engagement and a streamlined aftersales journey. Previously, Shankar spent over a decade at SmartDrive Systems, initially as an Assistant Manager of Operations responsible for India Technical Support, and later as a Team Leader managing a team of 60 to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Shankar's career began at HTMT Services as a Customer Relations Officer, where responsibilities included maintaining quality metrics and achieving customer satisfaction.
