Chris Edwards

Chris Edwards has over 30 years of work experience in various finance and leadership roles. Chris is currently the Chief Financial Officer at SOLESIS, where they manage the finance activities for the company and its subsidiaries. Prior to this, Chris worked as the Vice President Shared Services at inVentiv Health, where they implemented a global shared services model and executed major projects for efficiency and scalability. Chris also served as the Director of Global Shared Services at ConvaTec, where they transformed the finance organization and established a stand-alone shared services operation. Before that, they held several finance roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, including Director of Finance for EMEA and Director of Finance for Central & Eastern Europe/Nordic Region. Chris has a strong background in financial management, business development, and process improvement.

Chris Edwards has pursued an education in Accounting and Finance, earning an MBA degree from The University of Manchester. Additionally, they have obtained a degree from Liverpool John Moores University in Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
