Akos Balogh

Akos Balogh has extensive experience in financial leadership and mergers and acquisitions within private equity settings. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and M&A Head for private equity portfolio companies, Akos previously held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at SOLEVO Group under DPI Private Equity, and as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Rosemont Pharmaceuticals with Inflexion Private Equity. Additional roles include Group CFO at Kent Pharma for Athlone Laboratories, associated with Duke Street Private Equity, and Group CFO at Invitel International, a company partly owned by Mid-Europa Private Equity and publicly listed in Luxembourg. Akos's education includes an Executive Education Finance Leadership Program from Harvard Business School and the Experienced Financial Leadership Program from General Electric.
