Jason Gass

Jason Gass has a diverse work experience in the field of mechanical design and project management. Jason currently holds the position of Design & Product Development Manager at Solex Thermal Science, where they have been working since February 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Design & Product Development Lead at the same company starting from January 2022. Before joining Solex Thermal Science, Jason worked at Syncro Project Solutions as a Mechanical Designer, Project Manager, and Project Support from March 2020 onwards. Jason also gained experience as a Project Manager at Secure Energy Services Inc. from 2019 to March 2020. Jason started their career at Solex Thermal Science in 2009 as a Mechanical Designer and later progressed to the role of Lead Mechanical Designer and Technical Services Specialist, which they held from 2014 to 2019. Jason also worked as a Mechanical Designer at Canquip Oilfield Corp from 2008 to 2009.

Jason Gass obtained a MET Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2006 to 2008. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued an MDT Diploma in Mechanical Design Technology, specializing in Mechanical Drafting and Mechanical Drafting CAD, also from SAIT.
