Stan Pala

Stan Pala is an experienced professional who has held various sales and management positions in the energy and industrial sectors. Stan currently serves as the Global Director for the Food Product Line at Solex Thermal Science, with a specific focus on oilseeds conditioning technology. Prior to this, Stan held roles such as Sales Director for gas boilers at Vaillant Group and Head of Sales Department for compressors at ČKD NOVÉ ENERGO a.s. Stan also worked as a Sales Engineer for Alfa Laval, handling plate heat exchangers. Stan holds a Masters degree in Energy Engineering from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava.
