Lily Dang is an accomplished product designer and UX designer with a strong background in creating intuitive digital experiences. Currently serving as the sole product designer at Synergi, Lily led the design and successful launch of a smart electricity management mobile app in December 2023. Previous experience includes freelancing for Bantaba, where Lily designed critical features for a community platform, and working at Aiven as the sole UX designer, achieving an ~80% increase in user engagement through effective web design. Additional roles at Brella and Havain involved product design and visual design, respectively, optimizing user experiences and delivering high-quality visual assets. Lily began a career in graphic design through internships at The Shortcut and Dezan Shira & Associates, contributing to both digital and print design projects. Lily holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Vaasan ammattikorkeakoulu VAMK University of Applied Sciences.
