Tal Zohar Avda

Tal Zohar Avda is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as Partner and Managing Director at Launchbay Capital since February 2023. With a focus on Private Equity and Venture Capital, Launchbay Capital manages $300 million in assets, aiming to enhance liquidity within the venture ecosystem. Tal also holds investor roles at Hour One and SAPI, alongside serving as Strategic Advisor at Vintra Capital LLP. As a co-founder and board member of SafeUP, a women's safety initiative, Tal has been actively involved in promoting safety for women since July 2019. Previously, Tal founded and led ArtuData, which was acquired by a US client, and has held significant positions such as Head of Elite Connect at the London Stock Exchange Group and Global Corporate Development Officer at IG.
