Erika Aguiñaga

Erika Aguiñaga has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Erika started in 2011 as a Production Crew Member at Herbco International Inc., where they sorted and labeled product containers and maintained a clean operations area. Erika later became an Assistant Production Manager, responsible for comparing shipping manifests with purchase orders and maintaining inventory. In 2014, they joined Herbco International Inc. again as a Procurement & Farm Manager, overseeing day-to-day produce operations and negotiating contracts with growers. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at Shenandoah Growers, Inc. as a Buyer, where they oversaw produce operations, negotiated contracts, and ensured quality of produce. Erika'smost recent position was as an Operations Manager at Soli Organic, starting in 2019, where they created long-term operation strategies, analyzed business and staff performance, and implemented new operational systems.

Erika Aguiñaga completed their high school education at Rice High School, earning a General High School Diploma in 2009. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a PCQI certification from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in May 2020.
