Isaac Shelly

Isaac Shelly has a diverse and extensive work experience. Isaac is currently working at Soli Organic as an Accounting Manager, where they lead a team of accountants and focuses on improving financial processes and transparency in the business. Prior to this, Isaac worked at Rosetta Stone for several years, holding various roles such as Treasury Manager, Global, where they managed treasury and payroll accounting for the company's international entities and collaborated with external partners for financial security. Isaac also served as the Accounts Payable Manager, overseeing the global accounts payable initiative and facilitating monthly close. Before their time at Rosetta Stone, Isaac worked at Eastern Mennonite University as a Residence Director, managing a team of Resident Advisors and implementing programming for upperclassmen. Isaac also held a paid internship at Franconia Insurance & Financial Services and worked as a Produce Clerk at Landis Supermarket.

Isaac Shelly obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Innovation from James Madison University, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration at Eastern Mennonite University from 2005 to 2009. In those same years, they also studied Business Administration and Management, General at Temple University. Isaac Shelly earned their High School Diploma from Dock Mennonite Academy in 2005. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in "Excel: Introduction to Macros and VBA" from LinkedIn in May 2021.
