Hanan Yochelman

Hanan Yochelman has over 19 years of work experience. In 2017, they began working at Solid Commerce as a Senior Technical Support Manager & Financial Analyst, where they interact with enterprise level customers to handle Tier II issues and provides technical support in areas including project scoping, design, implementation, Azure Logic apps, integration with 3rd party ERP systems and trouble shooting. Hanan also oversees financial reports. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at Amdocs as a Lead Database Engineer & Architect, where they led the Database Team for the AT&T billing software, in full integration with the OMS and the CRM teams, and established a full high-availability DR solution (FSFO). Hanan also managed one large, cohesive DBA team spread over different locations and time zones, near shore (Mexico) onshore (United State) & offshore (DVCI -India). From 2001 to 2010, they worked at Amdocs as a Senior Physical & Application DBA and Configuration Control in the R&D Division. Hanan performed Application DBA responsibilities in a development environment and worked as a business analyst, collecting data from live working production sites. Hanan also designed hardware architecture and specs such system utilization database storage capacities, and visited production sites to oversee methodology and installation and built new support tools for developers.

Hanan Yochelman obtained a B.A in Business Administration and Accounting from The College of Management Academic Studies between 1994 and 1998.
