Sakina Bajowala

Sakina Bajowala is an experienced Allergist and Immunologist, currently serving at Kaneland Allergy & Asthma Center since April 2011. In addition to this role, Bajowala is an Allergy Advisor at Solid Starts and the Executive Director of the Kaneland Food Allergy Foundation, where efforts focus on enhancing awareness and access to evidence-based treatments for food allergies through educational initiatives, community outreach, and financial support. Bajowala is also the author of "The Food Allergy Fix," which emphasizes creating a positive experience for children with food allergies. Previous positions include Allergist & Immunologist at DuKane Allergy Asthma Associates and fellow at Rush University Medical Center. Bajowala holds an M.D. from Rush Medical College and an A.B. from the University of Chicago.
