Kevin Carswell joined Solid State Cooling Systems in 2012 after he retired from the IBM Corporation. Mr. Carswell held numerous positions over his 33-year career at IBM, primarily managing large, global engineering organizations. These roles included executive positions in IBM Microelectronics, IBM Systems Group and IBM Storage Technology, where Mr. Carswell led the development of IBM’s ASICSs and processor technology, high-end server hardware and hard disk drives. His final role in IBM was as vice president of alliance and licensing. Mr. Carswell holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University.
