Mark Logan

A co-founder of Solid State Cooling Systems, Mark Logan is vice president of Business Development, heading initiatives to establish new marketplaces and applications worldwide. Previously, he had 16 years of experience in the semiconductor industry in the design, development, and process optimization of semiconductor process equipment with J.C. Schumacher Co., Lam Research Corp., and Novellus Systems, Inc. Mr. Logan holds 10 patents and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Puget Sound.
