Jamie Lynn Soper, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Jamie Lynn is currently working as the Human Resources Director at J.P. Mascaro & Sons since July 2023. Prior to this, in 2022, they served as the Senior Director/Strategic HR Business Partner at Elwyn from April to July 2023, and as the Director/Strategic HR Business Partner from March 2022 to April 2023.

Jamie has also worked at Waste Management as a People Manager from January 2021 to February 2022, and at EMR as the Eastern Regional Human Resources Manager from April 2020 to September 2020.

Before that, they held multiple roles at Penn Power Group, including People Experience (HR) Manager from January 2019 to April 2020, HR Partner from August 2018 to April 2020, and Human Resources and Talent Acquisition from September 2017 to April 2020.

Jamie Lynn obtained their Doctorate of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Capella University, where they studied Business Administration and Management from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, Jamie earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Capella University in 2019. Jamie Lynn also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from Rutgers University - Camden, which they completed from 2010 to 2012.

Jamie started their educational journey with an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts-English Option from Rowan College at Gloucester County, which they earned from 1998 to 2009. Before their college years, they attended Deptford Township High School from 1995 to 1997, where they participated in the College Prep/Honors Program. Jamie also completed their secondary education at Gloucester Catholic High School, graduating with a diploma in the Honors Program in 1993.

In addition to their formal education, Jamie has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Jamie Lynn holds certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association, obtained in March 2022. In January 2016, they became a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) through the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. During the same period, they also obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
