Ashlee Dutton has over 18 years of experience in marketing, communications and business development. Ashlee began their career in 2003 as a Sales Coordinator at CTV Vancouver. In 2005, they moved to KVOS TV as an Account Executive where they developed and sold television advertising campaigns to local businesses and small to mid-size agency clients. In 2006, they joined City TV (Vancouver) as an Account Executive, becoming the youngest television account executive in Canada. Ashlee then moved to Neo-Traffic as a Senior Account Executive for Western Canada in 2008. In 2009, they joined ThinkBox National Marketing Inc. & Chatterbox Social Media as Vice President, where they managed and trained 5 national account executives, 10 service coordinators and 500 plus temporary staff. In 2011, they founded Au Communications Ltd, an SME growth consultancy and advisory firm. In 2016, they joined ArchOver Peer-to-Peer Business Lending as a Business Development Advisor and Marketing Communications & Business Development Advisor. Ashlee then moved to Solidatus in 2021 as Director of Analyst & Industry Relations and Business Strategy Director, where they are responsible for helping shape and share Solidatus' global strategy.

Ashlee Dutton completed a Canadian Securities Course (CSC) Certificate in Finance, General at the Canadian Securities Institute in 2013. In 2012, they completed a Short Course in Mineral Exploration & Mining Essentials at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. From 2000 to 2002, they attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where they earned a Communications degree in Business/Commerce, General. Additionally, they have obtained four certifications since 2015, including Google Adwords from MadeSimple Group, MCIM from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, Google Analytics from MadeSimple Group, and SEO - Search Engine Optimisation from MadeSimple Group.
