Dmitry Razumov

Dmitry Razumov has extensive experience in HR and management roles. Dmitry started their career at Severstal in 2001 as Deputy HR Director and held this position until 2004. Dmitry then took on the role of HR Director at CHTPZ Group from 2005 to 2007. Afterwards, they joined EvrazHolding as Head of Department from 2007 to 2009. Currently, they hold the position of HR Director at Polymetal since May 2009.

Dmitry Razumov completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Open University between 2010 and 2014. Dmitry also earned a degree in Open Pit Technology as an Engineer from National Mineral Resources University (University of Mines) between 1995 and 1999.
