Erika Ramirez

Erika is People Manager for [solidcore]. She handles the daily administrative and HR duties, including record maintenance, on-boarding and benefits administration for new hires, and payroll processing.

Born and raised on the east end of Long Island, New York, Erika slowly made her way to the big city. While completing her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Baruch College, Erika found [solidcore] and joined the Roslyn team as a member of Core Crew. As her love of the workout and the empowering and impactful community continues to grow, Erika is excited to be a part of [solidcore]’s journey and growth.

Erika finds her happy with a coffee (or wine) in hand hanging out with family, friends, and her pups- preferably while sitting on the beach.
