VP, Digital & Analytics at Solidcore

Will Henning is the current VP of Digital & Analytics at Solidcore. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Marketing at VIDA Fitness & Aura Spa from April 2021 to January 2022. In this role, Will led marketing at VIDA Fitness, Aura Spa, Bang Salon, & SweatBox.

Will also has experience as the Chief Marketing Officer & Head of Product at Mariana Tek from September 2015 to April 2020. In this role, they oversaw the launch of a beta after 1 year of development, scaled to an enterprise launch, and increased revenues exponentially year over year, leading the company to a successful sale to Advent International at the end of 2019. Will's responsibilities at Mariana Tek included leading direct marketing, branding, and strategic marketing initiatives; driving product development prioritization thorough research, refinement, and consensus-building with both internal and external stakeholders; overseeing a robust design and UX team creating industry-leading experiences for clients and customers; implementing and reporting on all marketing and site activities using web analytics, iOS app analytics software, and business intelligence tools; and participating in leadership and decision-making processes with the executive staff.

Will Henning completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Stony Brook University. Will then studied Spanish Theirtory, Art, Language, and Semester in Patagonia at Universitat de Barcelona. Finally, they completed their degree in Theirtory at the University of Richmond.
