Pradeep Ghosh

Pradeep Ghosh has had a long and varied career in business strategy and development. In 2006, they began their career as a Management Consultant at Monitor Group. From 2008 to 2018, they worked for Treacy & Company where they held several roles including Partner/Principal, Senior Engagement Leader, Managing Associate, and Senior Associate. In 2012, they also took on a pro bono role as Project Manager at Taproot Foundation. In 2018, they joined USG as Senior Director, Corporate Innovation - Building Science & Technology Commercialization and Senior Director, Commercialization. In 2020, they were appointed Executive Advisor at Chartwell Studio and Board Member at Atlas Organization. Most recently, in 2021, they co-founded plus alpha group and in 2022 they became Senior Director, Strategy and Business Development at Solidia Technologies®.

Pradeep Ghosh attended Groton School from 1999 to 2002 and obtained their High School Diploma. Pradeep then attended The Johns Hopkins University from 2002 to 2006 and obtained their B.S. in Biomedical/Medical Engineering.
