Charlotte Ouwerkerk

Charlotte Ouwerkerk is an experienced professional in sales and customer service with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Medewerker Internal Sales at Solidus since June 2015, Charlotte is the first point of contact for key accounts in the poultry and meat processing industries and acts as the right hand to the Sales Manager. Prior roles include positions at Smurfit Kappa, where Charlotte managed the complete order process and client interactions, as well as volunteering as an ambassador at Dierenpark Emmen. Charlotte has also held various sales and administrative roles at multiple companies, handling duties such as order entry, invoicing, customer correspondence in multiple languages, and supporting sales teams. Educational achievements include studies at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and NTI, along with additional training in commercial skills and educational support.
