Jena Dropela

Jena Dropela is the current VP, People & Culture at Solidus Labs. Prior to their current role, Jena served as Chief of Staff to the CEO at SoundCloud from March 2021 to March 2022. Jena has also held various other positions at SoundCloud, including Director of Operations, Finance from April 2020 to March 2021, Director, People from September 2018 to April 2020, and Head of Workplace & People Operations from December 2016 to September 2018.

Before joining SoundCloud, Jena was the Director of Business Operations at The New York Foundling from September 2013 to November 2016. Jena also has experience working in law offices, having served as Office Manager at the Law Offices of Jaime Lathrop, P.C. from May 2012 to August 2013 and as a Bankruptcy Paralegal at Weitz & Luxenberg from November 2011 to May 2012. Additionally, Jena has worked as a Foreclosure Intervention Paralegal at The Brooklyn Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project from September 2010 to November 2011 and as an Accounting Assistant / Medicare Lien Analyst at Cascino Vaughan Law Offices, Ltd. from July 2009 to July 2010.

Jena Dropela has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Chicago.
