George Jaber

George Jaber is a Principal at Thoma Bravo, a leading private equity firm specializing in software and technology investments, with a record of acquiring over 490 companies since April 2015. In addition, Jaber holds various board member positions with organizations such as MeridianLink, Mercell, HCSS, Command Alkon, Solifi, Veriforce, and PEC Safety, contributing significant expertise to these businesses across cloud-based solutions, construction software, and contractor management networks. Jaber's prior experience includes a role as a Board Observer at Infogix, which was sold to Precisely in 2021, and a board member position at Centrify Corporation, a market leader in cybersecurity. Jaber graduated with honors from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, after attending Bishop O'Dowd High School.
