James Shinnan

James Shinnan has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. James began their career as a Produce Manager at FOOD BASICS LIMITED in 2006. In 2009, they moved to Shoppers Drug Mart as a Store Manager. In 2018, they became a Sales Representative at Tony Graham Automotive Group. In 2020, they took on the role of Account Executive at Toshiba Tec Canada Business Solutions Inc. and is currently a Customer Success Manager at Solink since 2022.

James Shinnan attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2003 to 2006, where they studied Architectural Technology/Technician. James also obtained a certification in Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in June of 2022.
