Michael Lynch

Michael Lynch is an accomplished finance and operations executive with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Solis Health Plans since August 2022, Lynch has a strong track record of leadership roles in multiple organizations. As a Founding Board Member of Trinity Pharmaco-Solutions, LLC, Lynch focuses on improving patient care for chronic wounds while reducing managed care costs. Previous positions include VP of Contracting and Strategy at Cano Health, Co-Founder of TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions, and CEO of Quantum Care, LLC, among others. Lynch has held strategic roles at recognized companies like Humana and CarePlus Health Plan, demonstrating a proven ability in financial management, contracting strategy, and operational efficiency. Lynch holds an MBA from UWF Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business and a BS in Finance from Florida State University.
