Larisa Santis

Larisa Santis is a highly experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various industries. Larisa currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Solis Mammography since December 2019. Prior to this, Larisa worked as an HR Business Partner at Benevis from May 2013 to December 2019.

Larisa also had a short-term role as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Transamerica from January 2013 to April 2013. Larisa's earlier career includes serving as an Area HR Manager at Republic Services from May 2006 to December 2012, where they provided strategic HR leadership for a $500M revenue area with 1300 employees and 24 operating locations.

Larisa began their HR career at UPS in 1997, where they held progressive HR leadership roles in Recruiting, Workforce Planning, Training & Development, and Employee Relations. During their time at UPS, they managed various aspects of the HR function for the Metro DC District, which had over 5000 employees.

Larisa Santis, SHRM-SCP, began their education at the University of Maryland, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from 1995 to 1999. Larisa then pursued further education at the University of Maryland Global Campus, obtaining a Masters degree in Human Resource Management between 2000 and 2002.

In addition to their academic achievements, Santis has obtained several certifications. In 2006, they earned the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Furthermore, they acquired the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2015. Santis also possesses the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect certification received from Korn Ferry in March 2016.
