Merituuli Vainio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and people operations. Currently serving as Director of Business Platforms at Solita since November 2014, Vainio focuses on enhancing the development of business-critical solutions and oversees the operations orchestra of ERP, PSA, CRM, CLM, and CPQ tools. Previous roles at Solita include Director of People Operations, where Vainio drove growth from a people perspective, and Head of International People Operations, responsible for improving employee experiences across multiple countries. As a Partner and Mentor at Nordic Startup Ventures, Vainio aids in the development of pre-seed accelerator services and startup ecosystems. Vainio’s earlier career at Stockmann involved various strategic and analytical roles related to customer insights and operational management. Vainio holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University.
