Maria Cristiana Lucaci is a Senior Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft since March 2017, specializing in the Modern Work Area with a focus on Microsoft 365, Copilot, Security and Compliance, and associated program development. Maria has extensive experience delivering customer engagements for enterprise organizations in the EMEA region, guiding clients in their AI adoption and cloud journey. Prior roles at Microsoft included Cloud Solution Architect, Customer Engineer, and Premier Field Engineer, where Maria concentrated on security, governance, and innovation in digital transformation. Additionally, Maria co-founded consulting services for career development, educated diverse audiences on digital skills, and has been involved in various non-profit initiatives, enhancing both technical and leadership competencies through numerous roles and projects. Maria holds a Master’s degree in Business Information Systems and has participated in internships and educational programs across Europe.
